Cimex and Encapsulating

Hello,
I saw some youtube vids on the Cimex machine and Encap process that weren't real impressive. I was looking at investing into the Cimex, but wanted to see who has used the Cimex encapsulating commercial carpets and what your thoughts were on how well it worked (even on somewhat visibly soiled carpets)?

Also, what Encap solution do you like?

It's the best method for cleaning large commercial facilities. Most of these office style facilities do not have heavy soil loads and they're paying for more of an appearance maintenance cleaning. The Cimex is a proven, reliable, and efficient machine, you'll be glad you bought it.

For encap solution I'd start with Releasit DS2 available from Excellent Supply. They also sell the Cimex for the lowest price I've found online and they have great customer service and tech support.
