I have a new cimex machine. Have a dirty restaurant to clean tonight ,should I run flex through it for a pre-scrub or releasit ?

I'd use the flex for "Pre Scrub".....ummm to scrub prior to rinsing if it doesn't come out bright and shiny, I'd hit it with your Releasit after rinsing out the gunk. It just might leave it brighter than HWE itself. At least that's been my experience.

I agree with Richard, use the Flex if the intention is to follow-up with rinsing / HWE .

Not familiar with flex but yes we always like to scrub with cimex before hwe. Lately have been using the brushes.
