They serve 1800 meals on most days..


They maintain it with a Host machine but call us when it gets too gnarly.

They know HWE/post VLM is the way to go but can only afford VLM and it's reduced down time.


We do post pad most of it as you can see.

The grungy thick kitchen entry areas got a blast of straight ammonia first, then the Mex, followed by as many pads as it took to get the mud out..

5 hours, 10,000 sf @.28.



I gave the boys a C each note for the hustle



You get .28 cents to cimex 10,000 sq ft of cgd what would you get to hot water extract

if you think the green striped Tuways are good for your Cimex, you should try the brown striped Tuways called BBC's. they are more aggressive = better agitation & dig deeper.
