We just installed a backsplash in our kitchen. I've already put 3 light coats of sealer on prior to grouting tonight. Well I'm out of sealer and wondering if there's a product that would bring out the colors in the stone, while sealing the grout?

Thanks!

Enhancers like to saturate in to the south, east or west no so much..

And as mentioned, you already sealed the stone so the dyes/oils in the enhancer wont be able to get in much or at all.

Should have been done prior to installing.

Now if you wanted to aggressively clean the slate to break down the sealer, you could put a topical water base on the tiles that would pop the color as well as make them far easier to clean..

Backsplashes are one of the few instances where topicals won't cause issues.

Thanks guys. It really looks great, just trying to push it over the top.
