    New Cal Tools swivel wand will only rotate a 1/4 inch now.
    Bearings seized up. Head has lots of play.

    The inner sleeve of the swivel is welded to the head so no practical fix.


    and of course, typical of knock off companies, he wont respond because my review was not positive. Rather, I was acuused of putting sand in the races....

    Looks like the boys will be getting my Devastator..

    The problem is too many undersized steel bearings in aluminum races. They're stacking up and jamming.

    Not sure who is the bigger idiot, Tony or his RnD guy, Rob.

    if i were building that wand...
    i would use cylindrical roller bearings
    instead of ball bearings....

    it would distribute the load
    over a wider area.....

    ya i'd press steel races in as well...

    jus sayin!
