So on 2 different van/TMs my guys are having issues with water not flowing to the wands. By process of elimination we find and remove the hose that has no water pressure. -but oddly the problem will move to a different hose.

with all tools (or naked QD) or just one tool?

if the pump system is indeed pressurized, Ofer nailed it
and Mr Valentine expanded/explained/clarified it

It could be any one or several QDs from the TM to the tool(s)
and some might open on some mating QDs but not others
and can even be intermittent too from my experience ...work one time and not and not another
(had a cheap Chinese naked QD we used to flush sol line that did that)

Could be excess fiber or sediment in the water clogging the qd. Check any prefilters in your system.

I discovered that 1 of the vans diagnosed with faulty quick connects didnt have any water filters on the TM. :eekk:
It only had a filter before the water tanks. The lids to the water tanks were on the floor and debris was falling into the tanks. The was no filter before the pump or mixing tank. I cleaned out the filters on the tools and replaced a trigger on the wand which didn't seem to work correctly.
The other TM that had perceived QC issue actually had a faulty ignition terminal which controlled the pump clutch.
And I also changed all the Male QCs
