Our Navigator Pro went blank today. My lead tech went to change the batteries and when he tried to restart, it is dead nothing.

Has anyone had this problem?

Is there a way to do a hard reset or something?

I got the tech support to call inthe morning.

Hate to have to send it in.

I had some problems with mine. Had to contact Delmohorst and send it in. It cost me $125 to have repaired and calibrated. Go to their web page and fill out the form to send it in. The form is a download you fill out, print and include with the unit. Took about 3 weeks I think.

Thanks Mark
We did try multiple batteries and I called and there is no hard reset.
We sent ours in this week.
I had this meter on about 8 jobs sense I got it. Not very happy on the problem.

The factory said the battery contacts break if you are not careful taking the battery out.

I know we did not abuse this meter. Of course the guy probally said the word abused or damaged 6 times in my conversation.
