Here are some sites and tips:

Local Search Marketing
Local Search is arguably one of the most easiest and cheapest ways to get customers. It is highly targeted and worth spending time building in this area. The main reasons:
1. Local Listings are usually placed at the top of search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing)
2. It's "FREE" advertising. For the most part submitting your listing is free.
3. Tracking... you'll be able to track (on google) and see what people are searching for that lists your site and see who is actually clicking.

Again with this business... LOCAL search is king, so getting ranked high here is important.

Link/Citations Building
What is link building? Basically you are getting other sites to list your link, Google and other search engines place more value in sites that are linked by other sites. What are citations? Citations is a reference of your business, basically company name, address, phone and a link (not required). Getting more quality links builds your pagerank and search ranking.

Articles
An easy way to generate links is to write articles and to submit them to article directories such as the ones listed below. These will get you quality links at no cost, but time. You can also pay for a service that submits your articles to many different article directories, saving you lots of time.

Google AdWords (PPC)
If you do not know what you are doing, then you could be spending A LOT of money in this area. I'd recommend first to research all you can on this topic. Set a "small" budget roughly $50-$150 and make sure that you segment just one area in your campaign as a test... use highly specific keywords and use the matching options. Matching Options in GOogle means that you can set your keywords as Broad, Phrase, Exact and Negative. I won't go into much detail, but basically DO NOT USE BROAD to start out with.
