4am and acid reflux has me awake. So here I surf until the Pepcid takes effect.

Just now starting to get the "Rush". I still have a few holes to fill on the schedule for next week, but i'm not worried about it.

The cow was on our Christmas Card list this year also :)

It’s me solo at 3 jobs a day. I cry if Michelle gives me 4 (I’m off Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve) I’m focused on booking our premium clients for next year in advance. I don’t like sending the good ones away.

I’m just thankful and humble. My wife is the true rockstar, I’m just the laborer.

I did that before-- got ridiculed on MB about it.. some customers didn't like it.
It had also increased my time spent on bookkeeping and booking the appointment.

charging a deposit is difficult to do if you are the only company doing it. I was hoping more companies would jump in and start doing it--but they never did.

I think there are some things we need to just deal with. Its the cost of doing business. Not every problem can be solved. Sometimes you just need to take a firm stance and get kicked in the nuts.
It’s not the problem, it’s how you deal with it.

I don’t care what anyone thinks, my time is money. And that’s how I feed my family. If a client won’t reserve they will most likely flake. Repeat or seniors don’t require deposits.

Staying comfortably booked. I also schedule some annual recurring projects for the gaps.

I’ve been writing your number on truckstop bathroom walls. Glad I could help.

You need to move to North Cackylacky. Busiest year in a decade here, and 23,000 new homes going in just down the road for all the Yankees that went to visit Florida and only made it halfway back. We call them halfbacks.

    You think?
I always thought my phone would still ring if I was on line?
