Jeff you and Damon should ride out to my Fest together..
Can see these types of idiots at the local dist BBQ's.
So what will Tom do?
He does a pretty good Tap dance. You would think you were watching Sammy Davis Jr. in the flesh.
This place sure is a hilarious way to occupy time. I even learn some stuff. when I attempt to read between the bullshit hilariousity.
Thread is dead, by I do great with VLM. Customers love it, because in almost every single job, the customer has a horror story about some rusted van pulling up and getting their carpets wet. I always like to ask them how clean they think that leftover water is, then I continue to put down compound, scrub with whatever, while thy watch with great interest.
I’m sure they’re some great hosers around my city, but they dont seem to be my competition. Middle to upper-middle class mostly.
Anyway, this place is great.
Yeah but do you know what emulsification is?
Not really. I just know it has something to do with some sort of atomic reaction or similar.
I’m still waiting for a definition dumbed down to my level.
Somebody smart should come up with a stupid word for the process that keeps the leftover water in somebody’s carpet after HWE from being friggin’ disgusting. Maybe you can tell customers you throw in some reverse osmosis pellets to make the leftover water clean itself while it sits in the carpet.
Nobody needs to come up with a new word. It's already an existing word. It's called: host-sponges. You know, those little particles that supposedly absorbed up all the dirt and never got vacuumed out perfectly. That's probably worse than the moisture left behind after a decent extraction cleaning. (that moisture is most likely cleaner with less contaminants than your sponge particles that have absorbed dirt in themselves and are now sitting in there)
My mobile home clients never complain even if it takes a week to dry. I make good money at 50 cents a sq ft. Most of the carpet is around 100 sq ft for the whole home.
That’s because they got a cleaning for $50 bucks according to your numbers.
You line up six in a row and you can clean all day
Oh hell yes you can and should! I
Love this place and glad I finally posted. Busting balls is a blast, but the truth is it doesn’t really matter how you clean long as the customer loves. I’m just fortunate that there are loads of hillbillies running 30 year old HWE’s that turn customers off... that’s why they go looking for something different. Part of me loves the hacks for bringing me so much business, but mostly I can’t stand them for making carpet cleaning a commodity.
Anyway, HWE sucks.
Tri-pod Todd ^
You are lucky to have them. A real cleaner would paddle your ass and take your clients.
Welcome to the forum!
Forgot to slam y’all for using all that water. My clients hate that non-green way of cleaning. If they hate my sawdust, I’ll pull out the Orbot. But, since the sawdust is actually sponges, it doesn’t count.
Piss on HWE.
Crap he must be in my hood.
