My Diesel TM was blowing black smoke. Thought it was just the dirty Blower filter, which I cleaned and used the machine again.
the next day I decided to check the KN air filter on the motor. It was black and grimy. Clean it. And I was impressed that the Vac suck improved-- well Duh!
The engine wasn't delivering enough horsepower to the blower.
Don't forget the Fuel filter either.
