I have a client that had her ducts cleaned, some were plastic tubes insulated with fiberglass. The insides were shredded, it took a year for anyone to figure it out. Now they have fiberglass everywhere.
The ductwork is being replaced this week, and she is having the walls washed (probably painted, they're flat paint). Then she wants us to clean her carpet and upholstery. They have developed health problems (breathing and skin irritations)
Should the carpet and upholstery be cleaned or replaced. I let her know that it is impossible to remove all fiberglass.
