First real day with the new Extra Foamy Snake Oil.

My biggest commercial job got Snaked today.

I've Mex'd and Bruted this place 3 times a year for the last 5.


Lots of halls, class rooms and offices. Loads of coffee, soda, black top filth and mysterious herbal Chinese medicines.


To test the Snake I used only 2 ounces per warm gallon of water.
Absolutely worked every bit as good as Releasit or any Vac A Way juice.


and with virtually no odor.







Just make damn sure to thoroughly rinse out your equipment after every use.



REAL pixie dust at work here folks.

Everything but a puddle of massage oil went away with a pass or two. a bit of HelGel took care of that mess.


I've been using it as my post spotter for a while now and it just plain kicks ass.

hey mike..i just got my snake oil in the other day and am going to be using it
early in the week..does it foam up like releasit? how does it act when using it..
in other words i am si used to releasit and how it looks when putting down too much
and what not it is easy to use..how does the snake oil compare? also i usually
just leave the releasit in the cimex till next use if it going to be in a few weeks
or less..can you do that with the snake oil or no?

pretty much the same Dave.


Just plan on using less of it.

Start with 2 ounces per gallon.

The occasional swipe with the CX/Cotton over a Mexed nasty spot.



On the Mex I use Ricky's Grey pads, on the Cx I have all sorts of pads. Tuways, blends and 100 %'rds

Mikey, how many sq ft would you clean before flipping the pad or changing? Would you use the encap juice with a 175? I have never just encaped a carpet.

Flip range can vary from 3 sq ft to 200 or more.
