We'd like to upgrade our commercial bids with a color floor plan showing room sizes and services.
Rather than something as sophisticated as Xactimate, we'd like something simply just for floor covering. Any suggestions?

We still use crayons. :shifty:

We have Xactimate but it would take sometime.

Many moons ago I sent Larry Cooper dimensions and he did the sketch for me and I just colored it in with frequency.

I'd like to see what you come up with.

I got your answer. We are using a program called Measure Square. It works on a I-pad with a Disto D2 Bluetooth measuring tape.
You can program all your services and them apply them to different areas.
We use it for flooring bids. It would work great for commercial service bids. Super easy to use.
