Mike, I love rotary extraction but don't push it too hard because many jobs we just don't use it--CRB and a wand or Zipper is very adequate. Don't get your tit in a wringer.

Where did I say you must use RE in every job?

My guys whip they're tits out about ten % of the time. With VATs and CRBs they can cheat their way through the repeats

I'm mostly new clients here and the 370 needs the aggitation so I'm more like 70%

So a judson c4 with a single wand at a 100 ft. and propane heater is noticeably weaker?

By the way great video! Is that back ground music the only track you use?

Wasn't the actual video shot last year?

I've seen that footage.

But the whole tv commercial look to video is great, did you do that or is there a professional who did it?

I think it is time you get a production machine or at least start looking at which machine you are going to get.

I don't like the whole complaining about how small your unit is, as it s getting a bit tiresome as of yet, you will need a real size unit to start producing/performing the jobs you will start to have com all of the marketing you are doing.

The video looked great by the way. Hope you did many many many dry strokes with that kind of mud coming out.

I think an apex or 570, or even a 1200 will do well for you.

Potential customers may expect you to use it since you're saying it's the best.

My Mytee T-Rex with the brush head does excellent also. I think the rotarys with the brushes are the way to go. Additional agitation is never a bad thing, until it is a bad thing.

Very few potential customers have a clue what they are looking at. I think your giving to much credit to potential viewers. Over the years I've asked new customers how the last person cleaned the carpets and almost none knew even if it was a truck mount or a portable. They did remember if he damaged walls and left the floor a mess, how long it took to dry, and did it stay and look clean.

I used to believe that too

The people that only used us once n the Bane days noticed the difference

The " nobody notices" Geurkink syndrome is a fallacy

I have 100s of customers from the Bane Clene daze

Overnight drying turned off some people and I suspect some went elsewhere

Those who have been with me for years didn't seem to notice but I was probably 50/50 at retention. Mostly due to dry times I'm sure and my lack of experience early on.

When I got the white magic I would brag about it to old customers. Most if all could care less so I kept my mouth shut.

I'm sure I'm doing a much better job now and in all aspects of cleaning and the business end.

You actually made one of my points, they noticed how long it took to dry.

I just love the results. Can't be beat at this point.
