Does anyone have an example of an effective handout for condos, townhouses or gated communities.

When you're in one of those complexes and you just did a job for one of the owners and they give you permission (or better yet they put them in each owners internal mail box) to distribute your handout and what does it say.

What kind of deal do you offer if a bunch get together?

Here's one we did a looooong time ago that I'd like to resurrect some day.

We got the idea from someone else. Never used it much but I always liked the concept.

I have a double sided A4 sheet from an association.

This is a Customer Carpet Care Information brochure.

It has a spot removal chart using common products found in the home.

It also has pictures to show how spotting should be done, such as dabbing not scrubbing, etc;

This same sheet is on my web site, www.get.shorty.com.au

It also includes information such as W.O.N.Z. & of course my details.

Inside this goes my business magnet for the fridge.

I also have a single sided info sheet called "What Shorty Does"

This lists the different services that I offer.

These all go into a DL envelope.

On the front is printed: Here is your free carpet spotting guide from Shorty.

whoevever the managing agent of the particular complex that I am at is.

Such as: Recommended by All American Real Estate, just an example.

Naturally, I have taken all this information to the relevant real estate agents concerned and received their permission to place them in the letterboxes at their complexes.

Matter of fact, at this moment I am doing up another batch to drop off later today.

Hope this is of some use.

Ooroo,
