i was wondering if or how often do you have to refill the pressure in the pressure tank . The reason is I think my tank lost its pressure because it won't push water to the fill box. The pump seem to be working. The line are not clogged. Any suggestions thanks

What model of machine? Do you mean the accumulator bladder tank that works with the electric pump that fills your water box?

The problem you described is not often related to it.

Even if you consider yourself "not mechanically inclined" ( I never believe that term) you can with logic and process of elimination figure out most problems.

1st step, ask for help. You did that.

Now, let's find out if the transfer pump is pumping water. If you can't otherwise observe it, take off one end of the output hose.

There can be a number of simple answers, depending on this observation.

I'll wait....

The bladder is a sort of "shock absorber" for the pump, to keep it from cycling on and off so much, and evens out the flow.

Ok pump runs, you see output, it just needs enough to fill the water box.

Debris in the valve body of the pump, or clogged inlet filter could reduce flow or pressure. Likewise a kinked hose.
