Hi Mike,

Let's also throw a Grout Perfect Training DVD into the winnings! That will make it more than a $250.00 value and get the winner started off in the right direction!

This was a non profit health care clinic that hadn't been cleaned in about 8 years.

Robert I have a Gecko tool I'll use sometimes. With this job since the baseboards were tile I was able to just tilt the tile tool up and clean them easily.

Thanks Kevin and Brian
Brian we should meet up for lunch someday.

Here's my first T&G job.
A bakery that had only been mop cleaned for 8yrs.
We were thinking of grout sealing as we didn't know how well the grout was going to clean up. Fortunately it cleaned up nicely. Used O2 with Hotsauce and Attack. Scrubbed with a Whittaker and rinsed with Mytee Spinner, 1000psi, 240F
Used a pressure washing gun with an 01jet to clean the edges where needed. The Spinner got right up close to the edges along the walls.

I use the SX12 and for edging, I use my carpet crevice tool with a teflon boot on the tip. Works great.

This is a vets office that David and I cleaned. They called in hopes we could get it clean, after 3 attempts by other companies with no avail. Thanks to some ideas from Mikeys Board we got it done and they were happy as could be.
