I finally got my truck back, I had to wait a bit but it was worth it!
The door is made out of PVC and insulated, stainless clasp, plastic handle, maintenance free

I think they did an good job, that PVC is totally sealed, no gaps like the wood door in the back, Its awesome for graphics too.

I just had a door put in my box truck. It is a small trailer side door type. It only cost $466, but your door is way better.

Sweet Al!
The Big Pig will do well in there, be nice to finally get out of a crowded van.
I honestly feel our industry has outgrown vans.

My Power Matic is going in the box for now.

The step is a Morgan Sliding Side Step, the guy's that pimped the door put it in it was 183. The door was a little over 3000, you have to see it to really appreciate it.

Yes, it's new Brad under 500 miles still, the floor is going in this afternoon.
This morning it's the axillary heater that runs off the engines heating system, it's real nice designed to heat buses so should be plenty of heat.

If all goes as planned the TM will be in Friday and I'll have the weekend to play around and start setting it up.

Only 2 more jobs to do in my old van, which is still in great shape, for now it will be used for wood floor jobs, VLM, and odd jobs untill I get another TM put in. I'll post pic's as I go.

Nice ride. Looks like you actually got some headroom in there. That is what I do not like about the boxes on the V and Aero. It's nice to be able to stand up. Tons of room too.

Very nice job, truck looks great, your lucky you have the swing doors in the back. On mine I have a roll up in the rear so I had to put a 4' swing door on the passenger side and yours dose look better.Greg Minuteman P.C.S.
