We've used both

It's been awhile since we used Dry Slurry though.

Truthfully, we never really used emulsifier thru the TM to "clean" with though.
Just enough to condition the water.
We always pre-spray to do the emulsifying.
So I really can't judge which "cleans" better alone

What I like about Heat Wave, it's one of the best for keeping scale down.

Have you tried Genicare Clean-It?

It's really good stuff.
It foams more than I like, and doesn't fight scale as well as Heat Wave or we'd use it all-de-time.
The fragrance is one of the most pleasant I've ever smelled too

I have used both and would give Heat Wave a slight edge.... To me it seems to clean the high traffic areas better... If you were cleaning the average carpet, either would work fine.... MHO....Richard

No matter what chemicals I try out, I always end up going back to Heat Wave. That matched with Ultrapac and thats it!

I had a very nasty restaurant that I used to clean monthly. The best combo i found was Power Burst and HeatWave. Out preforms slurry hands down.

It has a higher cloud point, meaning it is stable under higher temps.

I would consider it the next generation of dry slurry.
