Please know this is a serious request...your input will be valuable and appreciated!

If I lived in a colder or hotter climate

If I had room in my van

If they cost $29.99

If I only did two jobs a day

If all jobs had two ways to get in the house near my van

If I had a helper

If more customers complained about the open door

If I didn't need two or three sizes too deal with the variety of opening sizes here

If I were an owner operator, my techs won't bother..

I've never seen a video of one being installed.

I'm only 5' 7" and afraid I can't reach the top of most front doors without a ladder. Admittedly, I've never tried to reach the top of most front doors but I struggle to reach items above the microwave in my kitchen.

The poles are spring loaded so you don't have to reach up to the top. You can do it 1 handed, from the middle of the pole.

I'm 5-4. I don't have any problems using it.

This has all been interesting to read. I never got one because I couldn't fit it in my Express. Now my excuse is I'm funding my new van built. But eventually I hope to pick up a seal-a-door.

Lets have a contest.

How will Damon ruin a Seal A Door?

  1. Melts it on the 870 HX
  2. Melts it on the Dragon's 990,000 BTU burner
  3. Melts it on a Redding 117 degree summer day
  4. Looses it on the freeway

  5. Uses it at a home where Newfoundlands don't respect screen doors..
  6. Homeless dude steals it to make the world's biggest blunt.

Ok. That made me laugh. You forgot leaving my back doors open and having it fly out on the freeway impailing the driver behind me in the head.

I actually had a brand new Seal-A-Door I forgot to put inside the van in the holders once. Don't remember why I set it on the van roof for some reason...Not normal... But I did

It went sailing off the roof and doing a helicopter spin on the country side class five gravel road I was on. :dejection:

I thought for sure it was going to be all busted up and scuffed. :madder:

Nope... Couple little scuff marks... Wiped it off and out it IN THE VAN where it belonged.. :)

Now....the question is it Damon Proof?

Damon won't be the first....pic I received a couple of weeks ago. We sent patching material and patching directions...Seal-A-Door back in use a couple of days later, good as new!
