How long should you wait for a response from a supplier in regards to a product you purchased from them that doesn't appear to work? An hour, 2 hours, 5 days? I'm becoming very disillusioned about a supplier that can't or won't take the few puking moments it takes to either respond in writing or pick up a phone and call. If I treated my customers in the same manner, I'd be out of business.
BTW- there were a few other "gaffs" in my purchases from this firm. It's either ineptitude or indifference, I can't decide.
