That's a very nice thing you did for your nephew Matt. More an investment than a expense.
The tools you bought for your business hopefully are making you more productive and are expensed out at tax time. So also good.
Remodel bathroom is second best investment after kitchen remodel...so again, if it's your place... you added value.
Truck instead of new van... :hopeless:

Why did you decide to go with the CDS's over the Butler? HydraMaster or SS ?

Sapphire is engineered to operate too closely to maximum tolerances, my hydramasters have 3 times the storage space of my butler, and I had the most storage available in a butler van.

Our Everest gets installed in the Spartan next week...finally. I could have used it two weeks ago but at least we will be ready for the next freeze. :winky:

I will say I don't understand the live vacuum hose reel though but the hydra cradle is pretty nice and very space friendly.

Last I recall, you've got a nice list of customers. How's your advertising on your current ones?

I started an internet program this time last year that has been working pretty well.

Got a great deal on a real truckmount last spring. It's cost me a lot in repairs and maintenance, much more than I was use to with my bane but worth every penny.

Got a 15 inch turbo hybrid and a wand for tile. A battery sprayer that has caused me much aggrevation but I think I have it taken care of now.

Replaced a bunch of Windows and did a $6000 bathroom. Lots of landscaping.

It was a very busy year.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who emptied the wallet on a bathroom

Mine is a second bath 5x6. Glass wall and door was over $1500. Two tiled walls and floor. It was a gut job. Window is going in this week. About another $600. $300 for the install $300 for the window.

It took about 4 months lol. A friend of mine did it and he tore his shoulder breaking some pipes apart. Nightmare job.

I'm going to be 53 in a couple weeks and I'm having rotator cuff problems, carpal tunnel in the other side. Elbows are shot too but my back has been much better. I hope I don't need any surgery this year. I'm expecting a banner year now that things are in place. Just need a good helper.

It is highly lacking. 1/3 of my monthly advertising budget is being reallocated to retention.

A good idea. Working your existing data base is going to deliver a much better return ratio than attempting to reach those that have never used you.
