How do you discount/charge-

1) Your friends
2) Your parents/siblings
3) Your extended family
4) Non-production employees
5) Production-employees
6) Employees family's

If you answer "I don't charge" to any of the above,
at what point do you feel you would have to? (Getting back to the post's subject matter)

You HAVE to charge your friends and family, because the people who don't like you won't do business with you. 8)

1) Your friends (Close Friends)
We just do our close friends for free because it seems like when we try to give a discount to them it bites us in the but.

2) Your parents/siblings:
parents dead or estranged

3) Your extended family.
Actually we avoid doing any family

4) Non-production employees
NA at this time in past was free

5) Production-employees
NA at this time in past was free

6) Employees family's
NA at this time in past was free for immediate family.

7) Neighbors:
Avoid at all cost if possible. Neighbors feel that we should do theirs free just because they live near us.

1) Your friends - depends - no discount unless we trade services.
2) Your parents/siblings - work done "at cost".
3) Your extended family - 10%.
4) Non-production employees - oldest spare tm only, can be used 2x/yr at hourly rate - is enough to cover costs.
5) Production-employees - same as above.
6) Employees family's - see #4 if employee wants to use one of his two uses
for this he can.
