Conversation with owner of the place....

So the place is empty you say....

And no pets were allowed...

When was the last time you saw the place?.... Oh over a month....

Well... You have some issues why it might smell like a locker room...

And your dad is taking care of the place and doing a remodel on the other side...

Are you sure you don't have people in the place yet too?

It's ready to rent they told you...

we had a rush job for a carpet/house clean

people were hoarders only there 6-8mos. pulled 9tons of junk out of there. we had it weighed each trip too the dump.

there was an aquarium thank stank with black water then i seen water moved. there was a poor turtle in that sludge

The owner called for carpet cleaning needed on Friday. He hasn't been there for over a month.

He thought it was empty...Dad is apparently doing some remodeling in one half and the basement.

All that stuff was still in the place... Owner thought it was empty and ready... Nope!

So some potential renters went to look at it... They told the owner it smelled like a locker room... Apparently didn't tell the owner about all the junk yet and clothes.

Owner called me last night to complain about the Odor... He was clueless to the condition of the place. His dad comes up from Minneapolis to work on remodeling it....

No one is communicating with the owner so I was the first to let him know....with pictures!

it took three 40 yard dumpsters to clean out before we could even start rehab
