I was told that by the builder. I am going to have a look tomorrow. My plan is to do a few test patches. This client is the type that wants the job done, and no excuses. The builder is paying, so I'm assuming he feels responsible.( lack of proper slope). The client only spends 3-4 weeks a year in this home, and is having new custom made teak patio furniture delivered this week. I can't fook this one up....are you sure it's porcelain? Porcelain is usually non porous. Looks like that is staining through the tile.
That's what I'm afraid of Marty......Oh yeah you can
You have to let them know that they have the problem and you will try to correct it. Don't let it become your problem. That's what I'm afraid of Marty......
Guess fortune favors the bold...... Or something like that....
