Judson Hot Sauce?

I am disappointed in the lack of info on the web regarding Judson's "Hot Sauce" modifier. Judson's website does not even have an actual description of it's properties, or what exactly it does. Does anyone know it's makeup, and what exactly it is supposed to "modify" ?

I don't need to know what the secret "11 herbs and spices" are, I would just like a little theory behind it.
