The pressure line connectors on my 1999 Hydramaster CDS machine may be worn out, I'm not sure. They are the male brass connectors with the stainless steel tip which are supposed to be more durable I think. When my truck sits in the garage they will drip constantly leaving a puddle next to my truck.. One drips a little more than the other. Recently I had to replace another connector on that truck and since its 12 years old it was completely frozen and the brass thread actually broke off inside the female fitting it connected to when I tried to loosen it. So I'm little hesitant to just try to yank the dripping connectors. Can they be made to seal again with some type of lubricant that I could spray in from the outside or are they just worn out? If I have to replace the connectors on the panel, what should I spray onto them so that I don't brake them off when i try to unscrew them? Liquid wrench loosens rust but I don't know how it works on brass? Would silicone spray be better?
