On a low rider with chrome wheels
It will be gender neutral
You shouldn't be talking about RA that way
That's gender neutered
Oh the SHAME!
Announcing - The new SaphChem ProPhire Everest 870!
I can't tell you how excited I am.
Super sucking squirters
As a distributor, I have had enough of industry mergers.
Promises of keeping the same people and products ,
only to see them discarded like dust in the wind.
Chemspec staff is a recent example.
I hope the ProChem workers are treated better !
Oh relax Larry..
Karcher made damn sure their crew would be just fine in this merger.
Go be nice to your brother, for once.
In this time of bigger and bigger players, mergers acquisitions and consolidations.
I wonder if their next move will be trying to cut out the middle man. That is the suppliers. These conglomerates always push for higher growth and greater margins.
No doubt in my mind that's coming. We saw it in other industries. I am sure that sooner or later, they will try and have a go at it in this one as well.
I for one will not support it.
How does cutting out your distribution chain improve profits! You need some one to sell and install and work on your stuff.
Laura O will probably end up as the Vice President of Marketing....
Like Verizon and T-Mobile and costco and Amazon.....
You open your own branches and pocket the profits, Sam. Look at the mark up on chems.
Will they be able to cater to the individual cleaner and duplicate the trust and relationship is doubtful. I am sure they will try.
May not be the next move but its coming.
Going to trade your 1200 for a EZ?
that will show them..
that gurl is smart...and a smartass too!
She is very sharp!
If I said "too late" for that, would you believe me?
Whats an EZ?
The "loss" of PC was not a big deal. As it is there isn't much of a difference between PC truck mounts and SS. Pretty much designed by the same people with minor differences. Same for the Chemicalss, only RPM bought Chemspec and added to the line. SS original line was pretty much like PC.
Once Karcher bought PC and kicked out all the people that were responsible for its original success they stopped being an innovative company. To begin with they were never super responsive to the cleaners and once these people were gone, they pretty much lost touch with the cleaners even more.
SS when they started were much more responsive to the cleaners needs. See their posts here in the beginning. They were hungry and they were mad as hell. Not so much now. And they are much bigger. And they were bought by another big pocket company. Wonder if that pattern is a recipe for something. We'll see.
Want to bet that this is not the end of it?
P.S. As of now. I am keeping my 1200. Unless SS is willing buy me out. Make me in offer. In that case I'll switch in a heart beat.
Aramsco is doing that with Interlink....
They all do. It's the nature of the beast.
Hopefully due to its traditional progress, it will also be an opening for smaller, nimbler and more innovative companies.
