THANKS TO JIM MARTIN FOR THE ASSISTANCE IN LOCATING ISSUE! 8)

after a couple of hours of investigating the fix only took twenty minutes. it ends up that the pto solenoids inline filter/strainer was clogged with debris from the current tranny rebuild ( i am guessing). i didnt know it but in all of the stuff i got with my two v s i had one of these in a box. the install took about twenty minutes and now the v is back up and running.

i think it was the filter or inline screen was clogged but i ended up replaceing the whole thing.

You can find those on a Diesel fired pressure washers. They are wired to the pump switch, pull the trigger
on your gun-pump blasts the water-triggers the switch in pump head-flips that switch & allows the fuel to flow to the burner to fire for heat. Electric magnetic flow switch.
