Today I got a very good deal on a m-12 in great condition. Mytee doesn't have a manual online.

The machine has pump out. Is this an auto pump out as some of the marketing material available suggest? There is no float switch in the tank.

If it's an apo does it have a switch in the pump or is running dry no problem?

Thank you

It should be the same diaphragm pump as on my AH Plus. You just turn it on dry and go to work. The pump seems indestructible; mine's been running fine for two years, but if it fails, replacement is available from Mytee (or Superior Supply) for a low cost. It works well, but sometimes there is a vapor lock and it won't pump out with the vacuums going until it is primed, which just means to turn off your vacs when there is waste water in the tank and it will start to work. Of course, if it is not pumping out, and you have no float switch to shut off the vacuum motors, you need to keep your eye on it:madd:. It would be best to run it outside on the front porch for this reason on resy jobs as it can pull 100 ' of 2" hose (if it has dual 3 stage motors).
