I finally installed headlights on my zero turn for the heat reason.
It was so enjoyable out mowing the last couple nights.

I live on the coast where it never gets above 75. I dislike the heat. But this week I am doing structural welding on a building in turlock California. Its mid 90s and I'm in full welding gear in the sun. Drinking water like a fish. I dont know why all you guys love in the heat. Miserable.

Did you enjoy your drive through hot Redding yesterday? It was only 107. I’m sorry we couldn’t meet up. Looks like both of us were busy.

Smart man! I like that idea, I'll have to look into it.

I took off for a couple of hours to cut 3 acres over my lunch, just so I won't have to tonight. I'll weedeat early tomorrow before it gets too hot.

    cool Mark.

Also just bought a new 19ft travel trailer with a rear slide about 2 months ago. Always hated on glamping until I went glamping and now I would never sleep in a tent again lol... its like a mobile condo you can take anywhere.

I used to have a little 19 ft motorhome. Looking for another one of these days. That's exactly what the wife said. "Never sleeping in a tent again"). Especially when we woke up one morning in our tent and discovered huge cougar paw prints right about 6 inches from our heads were.

Was going to install a led kit on mine as well, just wanted to know if the bugs fly straight at you with the lights on?

I have great backup skills actually... And wireless camera on the back of the camper.

The thing was $23,000 but added some extras and of course sales tax.

Four point hitch and a back up wireless camera was another $1000 but can take both with me to other rigs if wanted.

Heading out to the woods Friday and Saturday up the North Shore to Grand Marais MN. On Lake Superior.

    Hope my cellphone doesn't work!

I think it is very wise to slow the trajectory and take time off. Healthy.

I'm not sure if it the lights or not but there seems to be a lot bugs in the grass at night that fly up right before the mower.

I think it's the evening. I don't have lights but notice that too.
I always figured they were settling in for the night until I disturb them.

I think you are right as it gets worse the darker it gets.
I got a shock the other day. Thought I might upgrade my 72" Exmark for the 96" model with the 3 independent floating decks for a faster and better cut till they told me $39,999

How big is the pasture that you need a 96” cut?

No pasture here, just my yard. Takes about 3 hrs. with the 72". Was taking 5-6 with a normal 54" Rider
