Are you a "tri-fecta" operator (Carpet Cleaning/Duct Cleaning & Water Damage Restoration)? Take a look at the Seal-A-Door "Universal". Picture #!, small flap up to accommodate one or two extraction hoses; picture #2, large flap up to accommodate a 10" duct hose and picture #3, all flaps down to maximize heat and/or dust containment. All flaps are secured in place by Velcro brand hook and loop. This $45 option is available in all three versions of Seal-A-Door ("The Standard", "The Combo" and "The Jumbo"). And like all Seal-A-Doors, it's "reversible" to accommodate "door swing".

I had my hands on the screen type here at the MFE shindig. Looks perfect for the days when it's nice and the customer has the windows flung open.
