Well I suppose one could use it for a pooper scooper if it doesn't work as a stair tool. Ungodly price though.

I tried to use the 20% and the free shipping but it kicks either one out... If I put the 20% off first, then the free shipping it replaces the 20% off.... It doesn't matter if I put in my address or not....
