Some like it some don't. Gotta know your customer.

Some carpets look better groomed and some look better with wand marks too.

I do both.

But as it was noted already, some carpets just look better with wand marks. No matter how you clean it, it won't give you the "just cleaned" look without wand marks.

And we all know that wand marks help hide the worn areas better.

I'm in favor of grooming.... but sometimes I purposely don't do it...to give a better look.

Takes far more effort create that than to groom
It's effortless mate. I stand in one spot and just push the tool out as far as my arms will reach. By not moving I dictate that each pass must be the same length as the last.

Grant, you should move to the USA....these guys will buy anything from you- with your accent. For some reason the amrikkki loves the Aussie accent and they can be suckered in with anything you have to offer.

We have a local large company here that uses an Aussie for there radio commercials. By the way, I like cleaning clean carpets too

Perfect triangles are a way better look then grooming!! Especially with this garbage carpet they are putting out these days..
