Well, I tend to fade in and out of these boards as I get busy in other parts of my life. I started out years ago with a portable, then went to a Bane unit and thought I had arrived! Back in those days all our knowledge came from our supplier and what they didn't know, we didn't know either. I used to tell people that you could train a gorilla to do what we do. But now there are improvements all the time and we need to keep up with what is going on, which makes this board so valuable. I clean windows, too. I don't consider myself an expert at any of it. I never seem to deal with some of the situations you guys do. Greenie has helped me a good bit with his glides and pimping my Cleanco 47. I'm not trying to have a big company, I just want to not fall too far behind the curve before my carpet cleaning days are over.
