It's all good until you have a vacuum leak and can't shift gears anymore...... Ask me how I know.
That particular push button tourqueflite is in a 64 Barracuda
This is a car not a truckmount you Dork---
I was talking about a car. The push button deal is run on vacuum.
I had a 62 Polaris. ..413 experimental. .I moved the rear wheels forward 24 " and the front wheels about 18" forward with a straight front axel. ...
It had the push button torqueflite....
Ran lik a raped ape...but couldn't keep it on the track.....
Did doughnuts off the starting line!
Ouch, how did it break?
A bean can and a couple of hose clamps and you're good to go.
Just riding on the highway. Nothing unusual except maybe the cold rain.
Thinking the bung for the heat shield actually caused it to start.
Partially melted my oil return line. Also right under my rear brake fluid reservoir.
I didn’t tin can in it although I might on the way back home because I doubt the fiber/resin wrap will hold.
time to get a GoldWing..
Nah....been eyeing a gsx1000f though
Fixing mb on the side of the road
It'd be hard riding a bike with a paperbag over your helmet
Has that got an emissions cat/restrictor in your end can or undersized jets?
Looks like that pipe is discoloured possibly running lean and hot?? (possibly just from the break)
Lot of bikes we get here are made to USA emission specs, if not resized or uncorked in the plumbing I've heard of that happenin.. suckdom
Running a single on the freeway for hlurs on end is going to tame its toll
yeah singles.. love there Punch offroad
lots of kicks n giggles if motarding
but my bum would prob give up before the bike if open roading
It’s a little restricted stock but I haven’t cut the air box/rejetted/changed exhaust to keep the warranty intact.
It is likely it developed a crack at that bung that holds the heat shield after being dropped off road. Then opened up under constant vibration on the interstate.
This bike really does get the shit beat out of it.
Is it still under warranty?
