    Here is a wall hanging I was asked to clean. Mainly just dusty but did find some imbedded soil. Hand to hand vacuum it using a dusting brush along with hand grooming tools, then just lightly cleaned with an encap solution brushes through the yarns. IMG_20180318_165753.jpg

    It has a very fragile backing that is crumbling and cracking. I didn't want to get it too wet. Not very dirty so after thorough hand vacuuming, I just sprayed it lightly with an encap and brushed and toweled it. Chose the encap as a product that won't leave a sticky residue.
