Let me hear some thoughts on cleaning a home you have no history with. My clients bought the house and carpets looked pretty good.
Sellers have estate sale before closing. Now there are dirty spots everywhere.

I inspect with black light and hydro sensor to confirm wee wee. No noticble odors until nose in carpet.

So how do tackle this job to remove what you can for no dog owner customer?

So the 40 vol I have will help with removing urine salts?

hmm, if its all over then maybe you should sell a repair job. un install the carpet, remove the old pad. replace any contaminated tack strip, clean the floor and seal if necessary. then clean the back of the carpet, spray with microban, re install, then clean the fiber side of the carpet, clean with microban clean carpet sanitizer. i had to do this for a customer of mine who couldnt sell their house because of the wee wee smell. they sold it 2 days after i was finished.
