We were referred to them by a boutique flooring store we work with. They manage properties between $20M-$2B. He wants a high quality small operation that has the same people servicing his clients at all times. We fit the bill. Our first job with them is December 6.

I think it may fall more under the "Come hell or high water" category.
Which may be, just what they're looking for.

So, here is the dilemma: Say you were a high priced management company. Which of the following would you hire?

    Or:

    I know, I know.
    Tough choice!

Seeing all the statues that have been torn down recently. ...both here and abroad. ....the first thing I noticed was the flimsyness of the metal involved

Kudos to the makers of this particular statue. ....
