The pic of Hercules on the front bottom right is blurry...do you have a better one you can put in there?

Can you photoshop the table leg that is coming out of Ely's neck? It's huge compared to him so it looks really awkward...I realize it's because you are zoomed in on the tile in the background photo, but I find the table leg very distracting. Also I can't tell what's going on behind the dog pic. It looks like part of the floor is peeled back showing tile? I know the watermark will be gone, but there seems like a lot going on with all the different layers/textures i the back ground. I found my eye being taken there to figure out what I was looking at. Is that supposed to be an area rug over tile...the rug pulled back showing clean tile? Since you are talking about the upholstery/fine fabric cleaning class they just came back from, why are you showing tile and grout? I'd go with a fabric background or upholstery or a pic of the dog on a piece of furniture. Or just a plain background.

Instead of assuming that the Soquel Hills residents know them....how about Soquel Hills residents may recognize them from Ely riding his dirt bike around town and Herc frolicking on walks and making friends with the neighbors back yard chickens . Also not sure it makes people feel "comfortable" that you call them terrors and that they are trouble. I get your angle and that you're trying to be cute, but those are some heavily charged words that carry negative feelings. Who wants a trouble maker doing work in their house? I'd keep it more positive, light and cutesy to go along with that cute dog face and sparkling smile Ely has. If you change that then the top paragraph on the back won't make sense.

Who is Honey? You said give a call she she standing by, but she's not listed above in your Thanks Again, group signature.

I would center all the text in the dark area on the back left side. you have a nice margin on the left side, but the text seems really close to the picture on the right. Everything from 16th annual down looks good, but the paragraph on top isn't centered in that area.

Other than that, I like it. I think people will respond cause you have a cute animal and good looking guy smiling at them.

of course, I do this every year..

    here was my reply..

    • Since the focus is on upholstery cleaning, lets use a nice fabric that is obviously for upholstery. The tile and chair leg are too distracting. ( Ive attached some samples, I like the wavy fabric look as it make it more obvious that it's fabric
    • I'm worried that the "trouble" joke may be taken as a negative so lets put a winking smiley emoji as the O in trouble
    • On the back can you center the text in the black box or does the left side need that space for cropping?
    • Please change Monique and Honey to Monique and her two pugs are standing by!

    Ok Meggers..

I don't expect someone from Pennsylvania to understand or appreciate urban hipster doofus cell phone imagery, but the blurry photo tells us westerners that this dog is a free spirit and plays by it's own rules. Grab me if you want a still shot, or try to!

The smiley gets my cuteness across while still implying to not fvck with Ely or you'll get your pumpkin kicked in at Halloween.

Table leg removed form his ear,.

    Text centered.

    Honey explained.

Ditch the close up of Marty...uhh I mean Hercules. You accomplished the message without the need for a second image.

Use that spot to market your FPA. Put the logo in there with a brief explanation of its protection benefits.

You're going to hate me but I'd also ditch the cute stuff under the phone number and put your web address.

Somewhere I get in a Other Services we offer list too.

    Years of business also!
