I always am wary of companies that say you will get x% response. It's like you saying yeah I will get that stain out on a phone quote.

Unless they have tested the same card in the same area with at least 10k then I don't think they can say that.

If they are so sure of course they will guarantee you will get it won't they?

Yes, that makes a lot of sense.
Like I have said before it's usually not the advertisers fault...it's usually the ad.

If enough people see a good ad you will get business.
If the world see's a bad ad...you might not get squat.
