    We just had one of those....

    My wife had 15 minutes ago ripped up the work order....

    And she called and asked if she could get that appointment back....

    We actually filled her spot but moved her to the end of the week

    Facebook is so impersonal I think it's way to easy for people to flake-out, and cancel. JMO
