Pricing tile cleaning

I have to clean around 450 baths. Each is 25 sq ft 12 inch tiles.

I was going to charge 50 to clean and color seal each one.

Then there are some with walls. There are 546 4 inch tiles (21 high x 26 across) that need to be sealed. I believe there are around 150 of these. These are time consuming and a pita but due to volume I was thinking 150 per bath maybe even as low as 100.

This place just spent 3 mil on renovations so price is not an issue.

Charge more or less.

It will take about an hour to seal each bath wall. The floors can be done much quicker.

how much color sealing have you done?

how old is the grout?

Quite a bit of sealing and I have done enough walls to know it's time consuming but not too bad. The grout is in great shape.

Less than a month old.
