First thing we did was to insulate inside the box and underneath it with spray expanding foam.

Second thing was to wrap it.

Third thing was to change out recovery tank outlets to cool cuffs to increase the vacuum flow to a true 2".

Fourth thing was to combine the two 2' vacuum ports into one 2.5" vacuum port to enjoy the power of 2>5" Vacuum hose.

Fifth thing Replace all water lines.

Sixth Thing was to remove 2" vacuum hose from Vacuum reel and replace it with 4 of 2.5" vacuum hose and one length of 2" vacuum line.

Increase fresh water in size fittings from 1/4" to 5/8" so fresh water tank would fill much faster.

Replace all valves with high heat Parker valves.

Remove throttle restrictor/governor from throttle turnbuckle so revs of engine could surpass the 1450 RPM point the restrictor /governor prevented being able to set for higher RPM.

Hook up low heat quick disconnect off the pressure regulator.

Hook up tube assembly to join warm water supply with hot zentherm supply of water with valves on either end (see picture)

New set of Michelin tires all the way around.

A new Cat Pump.

Converted diesel engine over to Synthetic Motor oil, as well as blower oil and new Cat pump oil.

That's about it.

Do you have any suggestion to what else we could do to trick our Vortex out?

I dont know the 777 well enough to suggest anything more then you've already done..

Those parker valves may last up to seven months for you. They corrode internally to the point that the ball is unable to move although the handle still does...
