What is the difference with the red relief for wool that pros choice sells. I noticed that it comes with a bottle of CCS, but is the part A & B different from the other stuff.

I have a customer with wall to wall wool and red spots in the kids room

Now I am not for certain, but I have been told it has no lye in it...

Which accelerates reaction on synthetics...

But is very harmful for protein fibers...

But we need some one else to affirm or deny this...

My problem with CTI...Is more of the colors of the bottles...

At a recent spot and stain class, many cleaners were reaching to make sure they had (A) and (B)...

But failed to notice whether it was A for synthetic or A for wool...Same color bottles...???

Better color codes I hope they incorporate,I did here...Had to...

Hello Louis
I called CTI not to long ago with the same question and they tell me that the formulation is different, because I have a gallon of ccs in the van and wanted to know if I can use the regular red relief plus that. they tell me not to use it because is different formulation.
