I have it. I think it's a good idea and have booked a few jobs from it, and i mean a few. Most customers don't use it, they would rather call. And when they do book via the Responsibid, the details are so vague. I'll probably be removing it from my website soon. Like I said, On paper it's a good idea, in reality, it just clutters things up. It may just be my general area, but people don't use it much. In two years I think I have booked maybe 10 jobs/estimates with it. Maybe if you are located in a major metro area and don't have time to talk on the phone it may be worth it, but for me, no.

No, I have it linked to "TheCustomerFactor". It integrated pretty good. I'm sure SM would be no problem.
