hey how are you guys surviving with the $8-10 a gal gas prices you pay?

do you know gordon ramsey?

Looks pretty good. Although when you clean those patterned nylon graphic CGD carpet you're supposed to keep the ph low cause they are supposedly not dyed real well. I'm not sure what the ph is of what you used is I'm just saying it for those out there that may not know. But it's always wonderful to clean a restaurant that has nylon carpet. Make sure that you tell them when they go to replace make sure that it is nylon because it will last longer and clean up as they are used to.

Extreme clean from CTI is a PH of about 12 and the PRO powder is around 10, I think. Energy stinks to high heaven, but that combo will cut some grease. Looks good BTW.
