I have been asked to quote on greasy kitchen tile in a restaurant. They have been mopping with a string mop and alkaline cleaner. How would any one of you tackle that?

I agree with the degreaser, but thinking just a neutral rinse will be ok using the truck to flush with. I am a little hesitant to leave an acid on the grout.

enzymes that eat grease mix as directed maybe 150 degrees , allow to dwell the longer the better without letting dry, agitation, steam clean neturalized hand dry with towels collect check go to the bank

I like to apply mine with mop and mop bucket dwell about 15 minutes
