Currently using pros choice ps(powder) for my commercial accounts thinking about using Cobbs power max ps, my question is what should I use as a rinse to leave the carpet close to neutral after rinsing after using power max ps?

Larry says fresh water will leave it around 9 ph, so I would guess any acid rinse, last step, Prochems all fiber deep clean a polymer based acid side detergent.

Ect ect or what Mike uses, flex ice!

Not to derail but if it's hammered I like firestorm on commercial better!

But if your carpets are mild to moderate then ya powermax is good.

You would sour rinse with an acid. Flex Ice is a great example.

Unless leaving the carpet in an excessive alkaline state any good quality rinse product will do on a synthetic carpet. Alkaline or acid.

Through years of practice I could never find any difference in re-soil levels between an acid rinse or a mildly alkaline rinse. None.
As long as the rinse has some detergency, it will out perform water rinse or acid (without detergent) rinse.
